Welcome, and thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me and my dogs. My name is Edith, and I am a dedicated breeder of long-haired miniature Dachshunds. I have loved this wonderful breed for many years and continue to be charmed by their compact size, big personalities, and loyal nature. Dachshunds are fun-loving, cheeky, intelligent, and naturally protective, making them truly special companions and beloved family pets.

I currently have one handsome little boy, Otto, who is our DNA-clear stud. Alongside him, I have seven beautiful girls. All of my dogs live indoors with me as part of the family, where they are surrounded by love, comfort, and daily interaction. They also enjoy spending plenty of time outdoors, playing in the garden while I do my gardening, which they absolutely love.

I am 75 years old and have a strong Hungarian accent, so my daughters kindly assist me with communications and helping to find the perfect homes for my puppies. My grandchildren are also very involved and love spending time playing with the puppies and dogs, ensuring they are well socialised from an early age. Our home is full of warmth, laughter, and wagging tails.

I only breed a small number of litters each year, as my focus is always on quality, health, and temperament rather than quantity. Each puppy is raised with great care, love, and attention, and it is very important to me that they go on to live happy, well-loved lives with their new families. Sharing the joy and love these dogs bring is what makes breeding so rewarding for me.

The name Chocky Doxy Dachshunds came from my very first two girls: Chocky, a beautiful long-haired chocolate and tan girl, and Doxy, a stunning silver dapple girl. They were the beginning of my journey and remain very close to my heart.
